Richard Hundhausen is an AI leader helping software development teams adopt agentic AI and accelerate delivery. With over 30 years of experience as a developer, consultant, and trainer, he combines deep expertise in Scrum, DevOps, and modern AI practices to enable teams to work smarter, deliver faster, and continuously improve.

He is a Professional Scrum Trainer, the author of Professional Scrum Development with Azure DevOps (Microsoft Press), and was the first Microsoft MVP for Visual Studio Team System. As a co-creator of the Nexus Scaled Scrum framework and a founding contributor to Scrum.org, Richard has trained and coached hundreds of teams worldwide, helping them apply Scrum in real-world, high-stakes environments.
