About Richard Hundhausen

Richard Hundhausen helps software development teams adopt agentic AI and accelerate delivery without losing the discipline that makes them a team. With over 30 years as a developer, consultant, and trainer, he combines deep expertise in Scrum, DevOps, and modern AI practices to help teams work smarter, deliver faster, and continuously improve.

He is a Professional Scrum Trainer, a Microsoft MVP in DevOps, and the author of Professional Scrum Development with Azure DevOps (Microsoft Press), which has been translated into Japanese, Polish, and Chinese. He received the very first MVP award for Visual Studio Team System back in 2005. As a co-creator of the Nexus Scaled Scrum framework and a founding contributor to Scrum.org, Richard has trained and coached hundreds of teams worldwide, helping them apply Scrum in real-world, high-stakes environments.
