About Richard Hundhausen

Richard teaching

Richard Hundhausen helps software teams build and deliver better products by combining Scrum, Agile, and DevOps practices. With over 30 years of experience as a developer, consultant, and trainer, he focuses on enabling teams to work more effectively, deliver value, and continuously improve.

He is a Professional Scrum Trainer, the author of Professional Scrum Development with Azure DevOps (Microsoft Press), and was the first Microsoft MVP for Visual Studio Team System. As a co-creator of the Nexus Scaled Scrum framework and a founding contributor to Scrum.org, Richard has trained and coached hundreds of teams worldwide, helping them apply Scrum in real-world, high-stakes environments.
